Who do you value and why? As you build your business it’s important to grow and the only way to grow is if you build a team who can support your goals and brand. I have been lucky to work with many people who have been great! I have had mentors that teach me and people who I look up to that have taken the time to give me insight in to the entertainment business. I get letters sometimes that I inspire others and it really feels great to have that feedback. I feel it’s important to understand your brand and really know who you are trying to reach. Staying consistent is hard but needs to be done. I am still growing as a performer/entrepreneur and am constantly making my brand more consistent. To the right is my new logo, I have had over 75 different possible logos and finally went with this one. If I leave you with one thought today it is growing and learning will never stop so embrace the journey. ~Seth
