Communication

I feel communication is the key to every successful relationship. If you can successfully get your point across and understand what another person is telling you can be a more effective achiever.  When working with others I have realized that listening is important however in the end I need to make up my own mind!  I have listened to many consultants, mentors, and people who think they know what is best for me, but in the end it important for me to make up my own mind and stick to what I think is correct.
